| While this letter is long overdue, I wanted to be certain to express our deepest appreciation and admiration for all the work that you performed over the past several weeks to assist my brother and I with placing our mother at a wonderful assisted living facility in Queen Creek, AZ during January 2026. I live out of state and we could not have navigated through this difficult and confusing process without your outstanding service and over the top professional assistance. |

| For whoever reads this letter as a matter of reference, just know that Marin went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us in finding the right location and care providers, and place our mother with a facility that would best match her care needs and concerns. Our 87 year old mother had been living alone for many years, was in a rehab center following a hospital stay, unable to care for herself after a fall, and was expected to vacate during the week of Christmas 2025. Our mother had never stayed in an assisted living facility previously, and obviously she had anxiety over this new process. Marin met with her and my brother in person, assisted us by immediately finding placement with a temporary facility on short notice, attended facility tours with my brother, coordinated with rehab center staff and ourselves over the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, found transportation for our mother to get there, and followed up with the temporary facility to reconcile our questions and concerns in the weeks after that. |

| While the temporary location did not turn out to be a permanent solution for our mother, Marin went above and beyond setting up new appointments and attending tours with us at 5 more facilities, that would better address my mother’s care needs, on the day after my arrival to visit from Alabama. We ultimately signed a contract with a new facility that same evening, and we were able to move our mother into the new facility that same weekend. |

| Throughout this entire process, Marin was patient and responsive to our many questions and requests at odd times/hours, and continued to support and communicate with us, to ensure our complete satisfaction and even coordinated with the rehab center to ensure that in-home rehab services would be redirected to our mother’s new location. She is a credit to her profession and we highly recommend her invaluable placement services to anyone in the future." |
